Spaces and capacities
The following venues are available for your exclusive booking, depending on your expected number of guests.
The maximum number of people for events without assigned seating (parties with a dance floor, etc.) varies depending on your individual request and setup.
Chefs Warehouse total ca. 800m²
Includes all areas: Restaurant (including foyer), Bar, Canal House, Warehouse, and the event space The Tide.
The maximum capacity varies up to 700 people.
Canteen ca. 400m²
Includes the restaurant area for up to 200 seated people.
chefs Bar ca. 180m²
Describes the bar area on the gallery for up to 100 seated people.
Warehouse ca. 130m²
The Warehouse area on the ground floor features a long table for up to 30 seated people.
canal house ca. 100m²
Includes the waterfront conference area on the ground floor with freely positionable business furniture for up to 60 people.
the tide ca. 50m²
An original event space, or flood protection cellar with venerable old walls in the basement for up to 30 seated people.
chefs terrace ca. 100m²
Fully covered outdoor area directly on the Brooksfleet with wooden flooring, seating and high tables for 60 seated people and approximately 30 standing people at high tables.
