At the WINEMAKER'S DINNER with the wines of the Kanonkop Wine Estate, you will taste a range of selected Kanonkop wines paired with an excellent 5-course menu from the Chefs Warehouse Restaurant together with wine ambassador Heinrich Venter.

The following menu and corresponding wines await you at the WINEMAKER'S DINNER:

• For the aperitif we start with a Boschendal Brut Chardonnay & Pinot Noir - Méthode Cap Classique
  

• Hamachi sashimi with Vietnamese dressing, avocado and coriander OR marinated porcini mushrooms with Vietnamese dressing, avocado and coriander.

  Served with 2026 Kadette Pinotage Rosé

• Chakalaka with curry, vegetables, ginger and chili OR Chakalaka as a vegetarian version. Served with 2024 Kadette Cape Blend

• Braised ox cheek with tomato risotto, basil and parmesan OR braised cauliflower with tomato risotto, basil and parmesan.

  Served with 2020 Kanonkop Cabernet Sauvignon and 2024 Kanonkop Pinotage

• Tataki of roast beef and bone marrow with walnut XO sauce, fried onions and shiso OR grilled broccoli with walnut XO sauce, fried onions and shiso.

  Served with 022 Paul Sauer and 2009 Paul Sauer 50 y anniversary

• For dessert we serve Lemon Posset
